Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original shipping box with all bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the outside.
Ship and Track
